Currently, one room is available for rent from mid-February for €850 + expenses. The other room, which is currently occupied, could be rented soon for €950 + expenses. The apartment is a beautiful penthouse with two large double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one for each room), a kitchen, a living room, and a terrace with incredible views of the Pirulí (a popular TV tower). The bedrooms also have good views and plenty of natural light. The apartment is located in the Media Legua neighborhood (Moratalaz) and is very close to the city center, just a few minutes from Retiro Park and very well connected by bus and the Estrella metro station. Furthermore, the apartment is in a private residential complex with a garden courtyard and swimming pool, 24-hour security, and numerous shops nearby: Mercadona, Alcampo, McDonald's, Burger King, Papa John's, Montaditos, FKC, etc. A one-month security deposit is required.
