I rent a room in a shared apartment in Fuente del Maestre, the apartment is a ground floor, on Los Santos Street, I rent only seasonally for a maximum of one year, I rent it shared with me, I would only come to the apartment two or three times a year, because I live outside in Barcelona and I like to come to town to my house, so the tenant will be practically alone almost all the time, one of the rooms in the apartment will be closed because it will be for me when I come. I want a clean and responsible person, only for one person and without a pet. The apartment is very well located, in the center of town, very close to everywhere. I rent for €230 per month, with expenses NOT included
