I'm renting two large rooms with double beds (NO COUPLES) in a 112m² apartment located on Faustino Álvarez Street in a very quiet area, but just a 3-minute walk from the Alameda park and about 15 minutes from the Cartuja Campus and 10 minutes from the Macarena Campus. The apartment has four bedrooms (each with a key, very bright, and with a double bed, large wardrobe, and desk), a living room, kitchen, and two bathrooms. We are looking for people for a long stay (minimum full academic year), who are quiet and responsible, used to managing on their own, and above all, and very importantly, CLEANLINESS is essential in the apartment. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS. Price €390/month. Rent includes community fees, water, internet, and the first €80 of electricity. One month's deposit.
