I'm renting a room right now to a young woman under 30 who studies or works. The apartment will be shared with another female student (only two women will live there). It's located next to Avenida del Mar in the center of Castellón de la Plana, close to the bus and tram that go to the university and bike-sharing stations. The apartment has air conditioning in the living room. I'm looking for a polite, clean, non-smoking woman who is happy to be in a good study environment with another roommate. She will occupy one of the bedrooms, which has two wardrobes, a single bed, a desk with a chair, and a large window. Utilities (electricity, water, internet, and cleaning of common areas) are separate and cost €30 per month.
