All furniture, bed, and mattress are new. It has a wardrobe, two chests of drawers, a desk, and a large mirror. Looking for a mature, quiet, and clean man, non-smoker. Your share of the rent would be €400 per month, and shared expenses are approximately €70-75 per month (electricity, water, gas, Wi-Fi, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, etc.). This is not a tourist apartment.
