Hello! We are looking for someone for one of the rooms in our shared apartment. It's a large, very nice, and bright room. The room is furnished (package for €250 including bed and bed frame, desk and chair, a cabinet, and two shelves). It's a quiet and cozy apartment with a large shared kitchen. There is only one bathroom, recently renovated. The room is available from June 1, 2026, for €500 including utilities (plus a €450 deposit). The first payment is due at the end of May. The apartment will be shared with two guys, one French and one Portuguese, who speak fluent Spanish. We work as a language and drama teacher and a nurse. We are looking for someone responsible, working, and with the common sense to take care of the home. Cleaning schedules every three weeks must also be followed.
