I'm renting a room in Sitges for €320 per month. It's a double room with a double bed, facing the street, with no access to the kitchen or dining area. All utilities are included. It's an exterior room with a window overlooking the street and internet access. The apartment is very well connected, just a five-minute walk from San Sebastián beach and the train station. I'm renting it to ONE person only, and only to FEMALE women. No smokers or pets allowed. I'm looking for someone clean and responsible. There's access to a shared bathroom, but no access to the kitchen or dining area. The room has a small refrigerator, a small TV, and a microwave for personal use.
