Looking for a roommate. The apartment is set up so we each have our own living room; we only share the kitchen and bathroom. The room has a 90cm bed, a wardrobe, and a balcony. It's exterior-facing and includes sheets, a duvet, a towel, and a throw blanket. You'll have a private living room with a sofa, dining table and chairs, a desk, shelves, and plenty of natural light. I'm looking for a respectful, working, clean, and tidy woman who understands the importance of maintaining a peaceful environment for everyone living in the apartment. No students. This isn't a room for couples. We won't be spending much time together, but a positive atmosphere and good energy will help create a harmonious home environment. The neighborhood is quiet and has all the shops you might need. Good public transport connections and plenty of parking if you have a car.
