It is a third floor without an elevator but just below there is plenty of free PARKING available.
All rooms are SPACIOUS, have a key lock, a FAN with remote control, a MINI-KITCHEN (refrigerator, microwave, toaster), a DOUBLE BED, wooden floors, large windows that give plenty of BRIGHTNESS... In addition, it has a large shared bathroom and equipped kitchen.
Electricity and water would be paid separately according to bills (normally they are about 20 euros extra per month in total) although the price includes WIFI and community fees.
The atmosphere of the apartment is QUIET and RESPECTFUL, it is cohabited by people aged 20-30.
CONDITIONS:
- Maximum one person per room
- No pets
- Students with guarantor or employees with payroll
- No parties, designed for quiet and respectful people
- Priority will be given to people who want a long-term stay.
