Hello!
We are looking for a girl between 20-35 years old for one of our rooms, it is exterior furnished, with a double bed, a large closet and a table, but you can furnish it however you want. The room can also be closed from the outside.
The apartment consists of a kitchen with everything you need, a small bathroom, a spacious living room and a balcony. Cleaning is done on the weekends and we take turns. The washing machine is only used on weekends and we have a clothesline both in the window and on the balcony. Smoking is only possible on the balcony.
The apartment is very well connected, it has the L1 Fabra and Puig stop, buses such as H6, V29, the train station and bicing within a maximum of 3 minutes walking. There are several supermarkets nearby, Lidl being the closest, Hipercor 5 minutes away.
