The apartment is a 65 m2 ground floor with a 40 m2 terrace, where you can have barbecues and relax with friends, there is 1 bathroom and a kitchen with a living room.
I have two cats so People with a cat are allowed (we would have to look at the issue of adaptation) but it is impossible with dogs.
