Room for rent directly from the owner in a newly renovated apartment.

I am a responsible person and my goal is to provide the best possible service to my tenants.
For the selection of occupants I will not only take into account the requirements specified below. The idea is to create a compatible group (both in age, profile and occupation) so that everyone feels comfortable and there is a good atmosphere.
The room has a trundle bed (105cm wide) (the kind that opens to put things in), and with everything you need to live and work at home: wardrobe, desk, lamp, a small shelf, curtains, ceiling fan, trash can, bedding, towels and frames to hang your posters or photos.
The heating is through individual gas radiators and all rooms have PVC windows, which guarantees less expenses to heat it or keep cool (you will see that the air flows, because almost all the rooms have windows).
