Large room, I don't know exactly the m2 but it is the main room of the house. It is interior but it gets plenty of sun in the morning. It would only be to share the apartment with me, I am Virginia, I am 35 years old and I am looking for someone we like so that coexistence is fluid. It's this house that smokes. I have a cat, so if I brought a pet I would have to get along with cats. Expenses are not included in the price, but I think around 50-70 a month, sometimes more and sometimes less. The apartment is about 700m from the Plaza Elíptica metro and about 800m from Marques de Vadillo, right now the subway in quotes that will be right next door is under construction, but of course not that yet. The apartment has a balcony where the sun shines all day. I don't have a preference for whether it's a boy or a girl. It's ready to go in now. Sorry for the mess in some photos, but the previous tenant is still taking his things.
