The room opens onto a sunny balcony; It has a lot of light throughout the day; without noises. It has gas central heating.
The atmosphere in the apartment is quiet and familiar, and it is approximately 350 m from the RENFE train station (lines R2 and R8). It takes 25 minutes to get to the Paseo de Gracia station and about 18 minutes to the UAB station (Cerdanyola).

We are looking for a responsible, respectful, sociable and non-smoking student. The price of the room is €340, plus water, electricity and gas costs, which are to be shared.
