I'm Alex and I live in the apartment with another roommate. The apartment is quite spacious, it has a very spacious living room and kitchen, a fairly large balcony and two bathrooms.
The apartment is very bright, the atmosphere is quiet and we have access to the community pool.
Obviously a very clean, tidy and respectful, if it is for couples, we should talk about it in person and above all the price would increase somewhat due to the electricity and water that are included. The neighborhood is very quiet and quite well connected by tram and buses. Available from 1-4 and visits whenever you want!!!
