Double room for rent in an apartment shared with 3 people and a cat. Looking for someone who wants to keep the house clean and tidy, wanting to enjoy the house and colleagues, we are 3 quiet people although from time to time we have our barbecues, we like to play board games and talk about life, even make life outside the apartment. Tomás, the cat, is very calm 😊.
The price includes expenses, we have cleaning staff every week and it is paid separately, it is usually €52 per month, the deposit is 650 and a contract would be made. After a year the price rises by 25 euros (it will not rise any more). The owner requests an employment contract. We are looking for someone for a long-term stay, minimum 6 months.
