Very nice 100m apartment, very well located, internet, heating, a large, bright, comfortable living room, 4 nice bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, washing machine, microwave, very tidy, respect and a lot of tranquility.
Currently there live very nice and organized girls between 25 and 48 years old, all very responsible, they study and work. We are looking for a girl who is responsible, calm and very organized. I DO NOT rent for a couple. No animals. NO smoking.
Room: €550 with expenses included +€550 deposit.
The deposit is returned on the last day of your stay in the apartment.
