Hello☺️ I am renting a room 15 minutes walk from UC3M, with a single bed and a work desk, with plenty of storage space. There is a bathroom next to the room that would be for the exclusive use of the person renting it. The living room is spacious, and so is the kitchen. I am looking for someone who is calm, orderly and above all who keeps the common areas clean. And if it is long term, much better!
Electricity and gas expenses are not included in the rent. Wi-Fi is included in the price and water is paid for by the community.
