Exterior double room, spacious and bright with built-in wardrobes and storage furniture, with its own TV. It has its own terrace with direct access from the room. Private urbanization with swimming pools, paddle tennis court, gardens and outdoor parking. Just 5 minutes by car from Estepona and 25 minutes from Marbella and close to Sotogrande and Gibraltar._We are looking for an educated woman, respectful in coexistence, serious, responsible and clean. Very familiar atmosphere, like at home. _Couples or pets are not accepted, smoking is not allowed inside the house, only on the terrace. €450 expenses included (electricity, water and wifi). A deposit of one month is required in advance, and if no damage is caused, it will be returned in full upon leaving the room. Immediate availability. Minimum stay one month.
