Room to rent in the heart of Vic, at just 10 minutes walking distance to the UVic University.
Sheets, duvets and towels are provided. All expenses, cleaning of common areas TWICE per week and maintenance are included, so you do not have to worry about them and can concentrate on enjoying your stay to the fullest.
The room has a double bed (135cm), a large desk, desk lamp, ergonomic chair, wardrobe, bedside table, high speed Wi-Fi and cable, a sofa, TV, its own heating thermostat and air conditioning.
The fridge and bathroom are only shared with another room. Kitchen and laundry area is provided with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, as well as other tools and utensils.
The price is 580€/month for long term (more than 12 months) and 650€/month for shorter stays ( minimum 3 months).
One month deposit is required to reserve the room. There's no other fees or costs for writing the contract or registration.
