My apartment is located in the heart of Barcelona, near La Rambla, Plaza Catalunya, the Gothic Quarter, the Cathedral, Montjuïc, the Filmoteca, etc. It's a well-maintained building with an elevator. The atmosphere in the apartment is pleasant, healthy, quiet, and safe. I am renting one spacious, comfortable, and sunny room to an organized, clean, and responsible person with no bad habits. Couples are not accepted. Price for one person: 650 euros/month, all expenses included. The room has a double bed (135x190 cm), a built-in wardrobe, bedside tables (one for a computer), and several shelves. It is very quiet and bright. There are three bedrooms in the apartment in total. I live in one of them with my two cats, who are calm and affectionate. I am easy to live with. Cleanliness and order are important to me, as is respecting other people's space. I'm looking for colleagues with similar characteristics.
