Description
The rental is for the university or temporary course of 9 months until June 30. It has 3 rooms each equipped with a 140cm bed, desk and closet, shared bathroom.
For your safety we have installed a lock in your room to provide you with hassle-free access during your stay.
Our location is exceptional, we are 11 minutes walk from the medical school, 11 minutes from Valdecilla south, 5 minutes by car from the University of Cantabria, also a 4-minute walk from the courts.
Deposit of €500, water and electricity service costs are separate from the price, internet is included in the price, couples or pets are not allowed. It is not rented in July and August.
We have already started receiving reservations for September for the University course, we also show you the room in a WhatsApp video call, it is reserved with €200, the deposit and monthly payment are paid in September.
