NO CALLS ONLY WHATSAPP _Room rental FOR STUDENTS in Triana for €225 per month. Electricity, water and Internet apart. The contract for the apartment is annual (September-August) and the landlady asks for a 2-month deposit (€450). _Currently we are looking for a roommate more by substitution, at least until August and next year's contract would not be made until September.
The area is very good, with quite beautiful views. It is located near the bus station, a 24-hour library, banks, gym, health center and multiple supermarkets.
Two girls of 19 and 24 years old live in the apartment, we study and work. And we have two kittens.
