Hello! I'm Mar, I'm a teacher and I'm looking for a calm roommate who takes good care of the apartment, is respectful and makes living together easy:)
The apartment is newly renovated, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a large kitchen and a small terrace. It is located in El Zapillo (Las Conchas), less than 1 minute from the beach, next to the bus stop and close to all kinds of services.
The available room has a trundle bed, plenty of storage, and a ceiling fan. Its price is 325e without expenses included.
The room in the photo only corresponds to the modules mounted on another floor, as it is currently occupied by my partner.
I am looking to share with a teacher, professor or worker who is between 27-35 years old and who has been similar rhythms of life (I'm not looking to share with boys).
Pets and smokers are not allowed.
It would be available from February 21 or early March until June 31.
