Hello! We are a young couple with a wonderful baby and another partner looking for a third roommate. We have a room for rent in a duplex in Pablo Iglesias, one of the best areas of Rivas, next to the Linear Park. The room is €370 per month, with the option to bring your own furniture or, if you prefer, it can be furnished with a single bed, bedside table, and desk. We are looking for people with whom we can live comfortably and create a pleasant atmosphere where everyone feels at home. We have a lovely terrace overlooking the Linear Park where we can enjoy the summer. We also have a swimming pool, and memberships are inexpensive. Expenses would be shared monthly according to the bills. Please feel free to ask any questions!
