I rent a room in my apartment, in Seville, Macarena-Cruz Roja area.
The apartment is spacious and consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen and patio.
We would be two people at home; me and the person who rents the room.
I am looking for a calm, orderly person who likes good coexistence and a calm atmosphere.
I rent from April 1 to June/July, although everything can be discussed.
The price is €350 + electricity, water and gas expenses. Internet is included in the rental price.
