Apartment with living room, bathroom, kitchen/utility room, terrace overlooking a park, TV, ceramic hob, A/C in the living room. 4th floor without elevator. Located near the faculties of Medicine, Dentistry, Nursing, Podiatry, Journalism and Engineering. Very well connected by bus, bike path and exit SE-30, with all services nearby. Important: Only female students with full registration. No male students or workers.
