The house is in very good condition and located near supermarkets and hypermarkets (Mercadona, Alcampo, etc.), about 100 meters from the Nueva Numancia metro station (Line 1), and about a 10-minute walk to Puerta del Sol. The room is exterior-facing, spacious, and well-lit. The house has Wi-Fi and is quiet, ideal for living, studying, and relaxing. The only requirements are that you be easy to live with and keep a clean and tidy room.
