ROOM FOR RENT IN BUILDING WITH POOL. We are looking for a working woman, between 25 and 35 years old, to complete our apartment in El Infante. The room is bright and has a 90cm bed. It is a quiet apartment, nothing like a student apartment. We only accept women; couples and pets are not allowed. The apartment has 4 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet, a kitchen with a utility room, and a living room. The building has a tennis court and a communal swimming pool for the summer months. It is located on a wide avenue, close to all amenities and an 8-minute walk from the Town Hall. We are looking for someone preferably for a long stay (minimum 4 months), including the summer months. There are two rooms currently available in the apartment. The price is €190/month (plus one month's deposit), which includes community fees and water.
