This house is a home where I've been renting rooms to female and male university students for years. I'm looking for a girl who isn't registered as living here (due to past bad experiences, and I don't want to register anyone). There are currently two of us girls and a dog who's always with us. If you love pets, are empathetic, and want to live very close to the university, the Outlet shopping center, and have a pool for the summer, this is the place for you. Utilities are included in the price, plus a security deposit. The contract is exclusively between us.
