The room has a TV, table, window with mosquito net, laminate flooring, built-in wardrobe, etc. The apartment is in excellent condition. The complex has a swimming pool and paddle tennis courts, and is well-connected, close to bus stops (lines 3, 37, LS, and A6 night bus), train (Jardines de Hércules Station), Sevici bike-sharing system, Acciona bike-sharing service, etc. Quick access by car to the SE30/A4 highway and easy parking in the area. Minimum stay of two months. Monthly rent: €342, including community fees, but not water, gas, or electricity. A one-month deposit and proof of income are required.
