The flat has 4 bedrooms and one complete bathroom. It is a house equipped with everything you need so you don''''t have to worry about buying anything, with a fully equipped kitchen:

- Microwave
- Ceramic hob
- Oven
- Kitchen utensils and crockery.
EXPENSES:
The rental price includes internet and a weekly cleaning of the common areas.
The costs of utilities are as follows:
-Water: 10€/month
-Electricity: 40€/month, if any month the consumption is more than this, the difference will be paid separately. In this case, the expenses are shared equal parts between the tenants.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT:
Check in will take place at the office. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive details of how to get to the office, but it is within easy reach of the airport. We will meet you here to complete the payments, sign the rental contract and provide you with a set of keys to your new home. Check-in hours will be from 16:00 to 19:00. If you arrive in Valencia earlier you can leave your luggage in my office in the meantime. If you arrive later than 7:00PM we will leave the keys at a 24H point, where you can pick them up.
Check out will be at the latest on the last day of the rental contract at 11:00AM. If your flight is after this time, you can leave your luggage here at the office free of charge.
*It is not possible to register the stay in the city hall
Es una vivienda cuyo precio máximo de renta está regulado por la Administración pública. Para poder acceder a ella, debes destinarla a tu residencia habitual y cumplir una serie de requisitos legales (como un lÃmite de ingresos o no tener otra vivienda en propiedad).
