Hello! My name is Rafael, and I am renting out a single room in a centrally located apartment in a pleasant and lively area of Barcelona.
The apartment has four bedrooms and is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator.
The location is excellent, in "Eixample", near the intersection of "Carrer de París and Enric Granados". There are two metro lines nearby at "Diagonal station: L5 (Blue Line) and L3 (Green Line)", as well as many bus stops.
The apartment is within easy reach of the city center, universities, libraries, hospitals, cafes, restaurants, bars and many other services, to arrive to the beach you only have to take V15 line bus and you will arrive there in 20 minutes.
The flat is well equipped and comfortable throughout the year. We have very fast internet, air conditioning, heating for the winter, a gym area, and a lovely balcony that is perfect for relaxing.
