Description
Small room with a wardrobe, desk, and a small enclosed balcony for clothes. It's located next to a road and quite noisy. You can use the bathroom. The kitchen-living room depends on whether I want to use it; I have priority since I'm the owner. I have a small dog that barks day and night, generally. I smoke throughout the house—it's mine, after all. Utilities are included; I'll use whatever you buy for yourself and I'll also use your bath towel. I won't even mention the cleaning... You'd be better off doing it yourself. And don't even think about having visitors; I can, but you can't.
