A fully equipped duplex (with your own dehumidifier and furnished rooms, including linens and towels) where I live and work. I take care of cleaning the common areas, but I ask that whoever occupies the upstairs rooms be especially responsible for keeping them tidy and clean daily. We share the kitchen and the common areas in the entrance. It's very well located.
