Hello! We are three university students (between 18 and 22 years old) and are looking for one more person to complete the apartment starting September 1st.

💶 Financial conditions:
Price: €400/month.
Utilities: Not included (Approx. €35–45/month for electricity, water, gas, and internet).
Security deposit: 1 month (€400).
Minimum stay: Full year
