I rent a single room and the apartment I share with you (I'm also a tenant) through an agency. It has a terrace, a laundry room, and the bedroom I rent has a wardrobe, a single bed, and another bed underneath. There are two bathrooms; the main one is usable, as the other would be my own bathroom. It's in one of the best areas of Seville East, close to leisure activities, pharmacies, supermarkets, and public transport. The entire apartment is immaculate. I'm looking for a serious and financially stable roommate to share with me, as I require the last three payslips, the most recent tax return, ID, and a good employment contract for a preliminary screening.
