I'm renting a medium-sized room in a 3-bedroom apartment, located about 10 minutes from the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV). Currently, I live alone in the apartment, so renting the room would mean only two people living there. The third bedroom would be free and could be used occasionally for visiting family or friends, which provides a lot of convenience and space. About me: I'm 33 years old, I work for a company in the solar energy sector, and I lead a fairly quiet life during the week. I'm preferably looking for someone who works and wants to stay for a long time, someone responsible, clean, and tidy. I'd like to find someone with whom there's a good atmosphere and respect for the common areas, while maintaining our independence and privacy.
