Room 1, already rented by Irene a lady for the last 3 years, she is from Barcelona and works om arts.

room 3: already available, 625 euros rent. Includes private use of a toliet side by side eith the room (without shower or bath). Double window, to interior coutyard. 110cm wide bed size. Includes closet, desk and chair, nightstand and lamp, and extra shelves. Pictures 3 and 4.
Services
Expenses are not included in the price, and they are about 50 euros per month per room, including: electricity, gas, central heating, water, weekly cleaning of common areas, HBO max, netflix and WIFI. utilities are paid each 2 months aproximately after receivieng the corresponding bills.
