Hi! We are three friends who have rented this great apartment in Ruzafa, and we're looking for a fourth member to join us! We're looking for someone who fits in with us; we're respectful of rest, personal space, hygiene, etc. We shared an apartment last year, we have a great atmosphere, sometimes we play board games, we cook together on weekends, we go out for drinks... It's a first-floor apartment with an elevator, the room is near the entrance, it has a ceiling fan with adjustable light/speed, a dresser, and a built-in wardrobe. Even though there are four of us, there are two large sofas, two refrigerators, two bathrooms, etc., so we'll be very comfortable! *IMPORTANT* We rented through a real estate agency, so you'll have to go through their screening process, including the validation of the rent guarantee insurance (proof of employment and more than 12 months of tenure are required). The deposit amount (€1400) includes all real estate fees (deposit, contract fees, etc.).
