Temporary room for students for the upcoming academic year, only Master's students or those in their final years of undergraduate studies, to be shared. The apartment is fully furnished and was recently renovated two and a half years ago (washing machine, microwave, toaster, iron, air fryer, sandwich maker, dryer, air conditioning, etc.). It is very spacious, with all exterior-facing rooms, very quiet, and well-located on a main avenue near banks, supermarkets, pharmacies, a bus stop across the street, and a metro station nearby. It is 12 minutes from the Faculty of Computer Science and 15 minutes from the Fuentenueva campus. We also accept working professionals: pharmacists, teachers, nurses, or doctors. It is close to the Faculty of Computer Science and the Faculty of Science (10 minutes each) or the Fuentenueva campus. Master's students in the health sciences are also welcome to apply, as the metro and bus stop are right next door.
