I'm looking for a young person (student or working professional) to take my room starting in August, as I'm moving for work. It's a quiet apartment in a residential area, very close to the Valdezarza metro station. It has a spacious living room with a terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, and internet access. It's on the fourth floor with an elevator. You'll be sharing the apartment with quiet, young people (20-30 years old) for whom good living conditions and cleanliness are paramount. A two-month deposit plus the first month's rent is required to move in. Utilities are paid separately and are around €40 per month.
