New building, less than a 5-minute walk from the Mislata Almassil metro station. A 10-minute metro ride will take you to the city center, with trains running every 5 minutes. If you need a desk, no problem bringing one out of the building. I'm the owner, 51 years old, and I work in an operating room. I'm out practically all day, and I usually spend my weekends in the mountains. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. You'll have a bedroom with a private bathroom; I'm looking to share the apartment rather than just rent a room. The price includes utilities, as long as the air conditioning doesn't exceed the usual amount in the summer, in which case the excess will be split in two (the same applies to heating). The apartment is very well insulated and has an air source heat pump. There are many supermarkets nearby, right on the square, and the building has a gym at no extra cost.
