Hi! I'm renting a medium-sized room (approximately 4x3 meters) with a double bed and a private bathroom (with shower) in an apartment between Sagrada Familia and Gracia. The room is interior-facing with a skylight and has a huge built-in wardrobe. It would be available from August onwards! Utilities are included in the price. Important: the apartment's layout makes it very comfortable and easy to share, and ideal for independent living. Along these lines, I'd like to clarify that the dining room would not be a shared space. The ideal candidate would be someone quite independent who works outside the home. If the person travels, I'm willing to offer a discount on the monthly expenses. I assume cleaning is included and that, if you have a partner, they won't be a third tenant. :) Cheers!
