Looking for a girl for a room in a shared apartment in the center of Leganés. 10-minute walk to the metro and train station, and a 2-minute walk to the intercity bus stop. We are three friends who will be moving into this apartment on July 1st. It's not furnished yet, but it will be in June; everything will be brand new, including the kitchenware. It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two terraces, a living room, and a kitchen. The bedroom windows face the terrace, but the terrace faces the street. The landlord pays for water and community fees, and we split the remaining expenses among the four of us (included in the advertised price). You can work or be a student with sufficient income (a guarantor will be required if you don't have a permanent employment contract). We are looking for a very clean girl who likes to keep everything tidy. Visitors are welcome, but please keep noise to a minimum as the neighbors are elderly.
