Hi! We're looking for a third roommate to move in July. The apartment is next to the Batán metro station (Line 10), less than a minute away. It's in a very quiet area, right next to the Casa de Campo park, and the building has a doorman. It's about 85 square meters, with two bathrooms, a terrace, and lots of natural light—the whole apartment is exterior-facing. The room is spacious, has a built-in wardrobe, and comes furnished. All rooms have ceiling fans and electric radiators, and the rent includes 600 Mbps fiber optic Wi-Fi. For the contract, the landlords require two months' deposit and proof of recent payslips or a guarantor. The lease is for one year. About us: we're two guys, 25 years old, we work, and we're looking for a comfortable, respectful, and peaceful environment.
