The apartment is located in Huelin, 300m from the beach, next to Huelin Park, and 5 minutes from the María Zambrano/Vialia train station. Bus and metro stops are very close by. The apartment sleeps 5 people, but I, the landlady, am away for extended periods, so most of the time there are 4 people in the apartment. We are a group of adult women who understand the importance of living together and like to feel comfortable in our home. The house is clean and tidy, there is a lot of respect, we don't play music or make noise, we don't smoke or drink, and we occasionally organize dinner together. We get along well and spend time chatting.
Security deposit of one and a half months
Monthly expenses: €70/person (water, electricity, internet, cleaning, cleaning products, Amazon Video)
Room 1: €390/month - large bed, built-in wardrobe and large table
Room 2: €420/month - large bed, sofa bed and private terrace
