I'm going on a trip from June to September, so we're renting out my room: a double room with a private bathroom and access to the balcony. The apartment has heating and air conditioning. The common areas are: a balcony, kitchen, living room, and a second small balcony with a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, refrigerator, air fryer, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. We also have a robot vacuum cleaner. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. The apartment has an alarm system. Please note that there is a dog in the apartment (a dachshund). We are quiet and work from home. The price already includes expenses for one person. If you come as a couple, it's an additional €100. I respond to messages on WhatsApp or through the shared apartment forum.
