It's a fairly spacious interior apartment with three bedrooms, a kitchen-dining room, and a very large bathroom. The building is very quiet but close to a lively neighborhood full of small shops, bars, and tapas restaurants. It will be shared with serious and responsible people who respect tidiness, general cleanliness, and personal hygiene. No smokers, no pets, and people who respect the peace and quiet of their roommates and have good, polite communication skills are preferred. The rooms are single occupancy. Currently, it's shared by two working men between 25 and 45 years old, who are respectful of cleanliness and each other's space. Price: €400 with utilities and Wi-Fi included. I will draw up a rental contract and prefer someone who wants to stay for a longer period (3 months or more). The deposit will be €400. Let us know so we can arrange a visit.
