Two rooms are available for rent in a shared apartment starting March 1st for two female students and/or working professionals. Long-term rental preferred. Minimum stay is 3 months. The apartment is well-maintained, clean, and the atmosphere is quiet. We are two roommates who have been living here for a while and are looking for two other girls who are respectful of noise, cleanliness, and other aspects of living together. Smoking is permitted on the terraces. Rent would be €170 plus utilities, averaging €200 plus a €170 deposit.
